• 3D Animated Backgrounds: Interactive particle effects using Three.js technology
• Display Options: 12/24-hour format toggle, fullscreen mode, accent color selection
• Keyboard Shortcuts: Quick navigation using Alt+key combinations

All features work entirely in your browser with no account required. Your preferences are stored locally on your device.

3. Use License

• Legal proceedings or official documentation

7. Limitation of Liability

Do not rely solely on TimeKitHub alarms for critical wake-up calls or time-sensitive events. Always use backup alarm systems.

10. User-Generated Content and Data Storage

All settings, configurations, customizations, alarm times, timer states, and world clock preferences you create using TimeKitHub are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. This data:

• Remains your property at all times
• Never leaves your device or browser
• Is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties
• Can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser's local storage
• Is accessible only to you on your specific device and browser

We do not collect, store, or process any of your personal data on our servers. All data processing occurs locally in your browser.

TimeKitHub uses the following third-party resources:

• Country Flag Images: Loaded from flagcdn.com to display country flags in the world clock feature
• Timezone Data: Uses the @vvo/tzdb library for timezone information (bundled in the application, no external calls)

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of flagcdn.com or any other third-party services. These resources are loaded on-demand and do not include any personal data in requests.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
